Where do you ship from?
We are based in USA and we usually ship from Massachusetts (USA). However, for some items and some destinations, we may decide to ship from France. But our shipping price is always calculated from Massachusetts USA.
Do you ship internationally?
We usually ship to the following foreign countries: Australia, Canada, Caribbean islands, Europe, Japan, New Zealand. However even for these destinations, we cannot ship all our products. Please contact us if you have any question ( [email protected])
Can my order be sent to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can place an order and have it shipped to different addresses. You will find all information when you place your order.
Do you have any store?
No, we do not have a store. We are not a brick and mortar company, but only an internet business, created in 1997.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card payments are processed through Authorize.net . The following credit cards are accepted for payment: Visa, MasterCard,Discovery, and American Express. We also expect to accept Paypal in the future. Please note: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not fit these criteria.
Can I shop without creating an account?
Yes, when you have placed the goods into your shopping cart and started the check out process, you simply fill out the order form as a “visitor” or a “guest”, we will only collect the minimum amount of details from you to process your order and you will not be required to create an account. Keep in mind though, that by creating an account, you will make your future purchases easier, and enjoy all the advantages that an account at Provence-Shop.com offers.
When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?
What is the credit card verification number?
This number printed on your card provides a safeguard when a purchase is made using your credit card. It is the 3 digit code on the back of your Visa ,Mastercard, or Discovery.For American Express it is the 4 digit code printed on the front of the card
I just placed my order online. How will I know the order was received?
You will receive an email confirmation when the order is placed.
Can I track my order status?
You can check your order status by clicking on “Order status” on our home page. You do not need to be registered to access this information, but you need your order number and/or your email address. When we ship, you receive an email with your tracking number.
This is a gift; do you include prices on your packing slip
No. If the bill-to address and ship-to address are different, we will print a gift slip without prices on it to be included with the order. And you can find information of your order when you log into your account or check your order status online
Can I order gift certificate online?
Yes. You will find a “Gift Card.” Link on our home page (bottom of the page) .You will find all the relevant information needed to purchase gift certificates there.
Do you have a print catalog?
No, we do not have a paper catalog. It is easier for us to update our web site, and doing so, we protect trees. For some categories of items, we may offer a downloadable catalog.
.My order has arrived with some damaged/broken item(s). Can I return it/them?
We always pack as well as possible to avoid any damage. Nonetheless, if you received a damaged or broken item, please consult our Customer Service section, and contact us ( [email protected]) as soon as possible.
