Are "PROVENCE-SHOP's" transactions secure?
YES. As soon as you start the buying process, deciding to place an order, then you enter a secure environment. The distinctive signs are : The closed lock in Netscape, and the "fixed" key in the bottom left part of the screen for Microsoft Inernet explorer; another proof is the pop-up window appearing, notifying you that all transactions are secure.
This secured environment is active only when required : during the paymnent and ordering processes. For those who are interested in technology, it is the "standard" SSLII 128 Bits encryption.
When the transaction is completed, we DO NOT KEEP any information about you and your credit card on our server.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please understand that we offer products essentially made by artisans, and that means they are not mass produced. Most of our items are unique. They may be slightly different in size, or color, or shape from what is displayed on our web site. But the differences are never very important.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to know how to return it for an exchange or refund. You have 15 days from the time your order is shipped to do that. Please, contact us BEFORE ANY RETURN. We will only accept the returns we have agreed to
Any return that is made is your responsibility, and must be insured.
Any returned product must be packed in its original packaging. Perfumes, Eaux de Toilette, soaps, and all cosmetics, must remain sealed. Please understand that we cannot accept a return for a perfume that has been opened and/or used.
Except if we have made a mistake, any refund is made for the value of the product itself, and a 15% restocking fee may be applied if the return is not a consequence of a mistake from us, and just a change of your mind, or if you did not read the product description carefully enough.

If you experience any problem after receiving your delivery (error, broken item, missing item, or whatever else...) please, CONTACT US IMMEDIATLY, and contact the carrier. Keep the box . Do not destroy or throw away any packaging and invoices. Call 1-888-899-1935. We will tell you what to do
Usually, our delays are very short, because most of our goods are available.
If your item is not available when you order it, your credit card will be charged only when we ship it.
When an order is partially available, we ship what is available and charge your credit card for that amount + total shipping. The rest of your order will be shipped for free
At the moment of shipping, you will receive an email stating the shipping mode, and the tracking number.
We are not responsible if your order cannot be delivered because of a wrong or incomplete address, or if you are not present.
Our products are shipped in appropriate packages, and we use the most appropriate means of transportation according to the priority of the order, and your choice.
Unless you otherwise indicate, when an order is not completely available when we receive it, we ship immediatly what is available.
Of course, you will need to make the appropriate verifications by the transporter when receiveing the goods.
To process your order and credit card, we need to collect some information about you.
This information is never shared or sold to anyone.
After we have processed and completed your order, we do not keep any information about your credit card. For that reason, even if you place regular orders, your credit card number will be requested for each order

We are not responsible if you do not properly use our products. We deliver the products with all the necessary information, but we recommend that you contact us if you have any doubt about them.
Taxes, currencies, and import restrictions for certain countries.
Our products are shipped from the USA. All import taxes, if there are any, have to be paid by the addressee. We will not accept any return for tax reasons.
All our sales are payable in US Dollars.
If a customer orders a product forbidden for import in his country, we try not to ship it. But ALMA INTERNATIONAL cannot be held responsible for shipping goods in a country where they are illegal on import. Each customer has the responsibility not to order goods forbidden in their own country. We cannot know the regulations of ALL of our custommer's countries. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for the refusal of the goods by the customs, or any legal authority.
