This particular Salad bowl is a beautiful
piece, totally hand-made, with a very characteristic enamel
(Click
Here for picture) The little cracks you can notice are in
no way some kind of default. They come
from a reaction between the clay and the enamel, and do not affect
the quality of the product. In French, this
particular aspect is called "faiencage" This aspect
is only visible due to the transparency of enamel |
