Since several centuries, Anduze
is very famous for its large vases manufactured by several potters.
These vases were used to embellish rich residences. They were
used to plant orange and lemon trees and bring them under cover
for the first frosts.
Legend tells that these vases
were created by a potter from Anduze who discovered the Medicis
vases, and was inspired by them, when coming back home.
These vases are hand made, and
can be used inside or outside. But we recommend to protect them
from low temperatures. Even without a plant, they are very decorative
in a lobby. In the small sizes, they can be used as a table decoration.
